| Use | Mold for producing derotation wing grafts to achieve symmetric nostril show in a patient. |
| Characteristics | Different sizes of each derotation graft (via 3 sizes of VOUMERANG) can be used to correct different sizes of each nostril. Traditional derotation graft is performed between lower lateral cartilage and upper lateral cartilage, which therefore can't correct asymmetric nostril show. However, derotation wing graft using VOUMERANG enables the correction of asymmetric nostrils. |
