Description IRONMAN is abbreviation of Innovative Reusably Operative Nanodicing Machine to Augment Nose. Hence IRONMAN is innovative machine to dice cartilage for rhinoplasty and has been developed with idea since 2007.

Background of IRONMAN
Rib cartilage is one of ideal material for rhinioplasty, however rough dicing makes another issue like irrgular deformity. Hence . Dr. Peter Kim ponder how to dice very fine and even and he came up idea from watching carrot chopper in some mart in Japan, new month, January of 2007. And he yelled “Eureka” and bought it and start research of it to produce similar concept to medical field.
He started to convert his idea to real product and finally he made a prototype in 2010 from one of company in Daegu, hometown of Dr. Peter Kim. he failed first with first prototype but he has successful result from 2nd prototype in 2011.
2006 Dr. Peter Kim pondered how to dice and even cartilage particles during Chang Gung fellowship in 2006.
2007 He yelled “ Eureke” to observe carrot chopper in a mart in Tokyo, Japan
2010 1st prototype : coffee grinder type was failed due to low power to dice cartilage
2011 2nd prototype : up- down strike movement was successful for 2nd type. He start to launch 2nd prototype.
2012 He covered wine color on body of dicing machine for real product.
2013 He also covered wine red color on head of dicing machine and make ergodynamic grip feeling on body and he started to research safety of dicing maching
2017 During 4 years from 2013 to 2017, there was no infection case at all, hence he demonstrated its safety. He also changed head color to gold like Ironman color for innovative machine and modified body shape for more ergodynamic body grip optimally
2018 He named the dicing maching to "IRONMAN" which is not only abbreviation of innovatie reusably operative nanodicing machine to augment nose, but also pick same letters due to sounds like Ironman of high technology, he made surgical set for IRONMAN and accessory instruments.
2019 He launched not only IRONMAN, but also new fancy sets of real and full autoclavable and detachable IRONMAN and autoclavable surgical fancy sets. He developed PRYDWEN instruments for nasal tip graft frame.
2020 he made derotation graft frame for nasal wing graft.
