Can I repair my broken dull Ironman knife blade
that I bought last year 2020
( the old one with out autoclave metal box )

It was very sad that at the first try
with a lady patient at the first use ,

the rib of patient was very calcified
and the bony part in that rib damaged the blade edge
to be dull 60 % ( loss its sharpness )

Please remind Peter Kim ,

I ergently called him at that day of surgery
that I have faced with the total calcified rib of 23 years old girl

He adviced me to just dice
the whole calcified cartilage together

and it turn ironman to be broken and unuseable since then
I want to make it alive again

Please help some way
that is win-win business like

1I will send this broken one back
to get knife blade exchange,

2 Selling the spared knife blade part
and telling me how to remove and change the blade

3 total ironman to the new model exchange with big discount

and this year I promise to buy

1 Metal autoclave box
to use with my first repaired or exchanged Ironman

2 second ironman full set
with metal autoclave box

3 ironman house

I m not rich because of covid attack for 2 years
otherwise there will be no discounting attempt like this

Please help me Peter and EFIL staff.
